We ensure staff undergo a comprehensive individual training program in addition to diploma training. We invest in our staff in order for them to achieve the highest level of care and knowledge on procedures throughout the home. New staff complete a rigorous induction program to ensure they are well equipped to deliver care in line with our values and ethos. All staff complete a period of 'shadow shifts' to give them chance to role model our experienced carers and to get to know our residents and their needs whilst being supervised by a senior team member.
