Since 1999, Alan and Diana Butchers have owned and managed Fairfax House with care and dedication.
Diana developed her passion for caring for the elderly during her extensive nursing career and whilst she handed over the manager title to Mandy Pearcey in 2001, she continues to be involved in the daily life of the home.
With a passion for maintaining the highest standards of care, Diana tirelessly endeavours to create a loving home from home experience for our residents.
Over the years Alan and Diana have lovingly updated the home and its gardens.
Their vision extends beyond the physical environment, fostering a culture of care not only for our residents but also their loved ones and families. Their Christian faith has shaped the way they run the home with the core values of care, dignity, respect and trust at the heart of everything we do. Fairfax House is more than a care home, it’s a community where everyone is treated like family.
